Staff is very unhelpful and basically rude. Apartment was nice, but were made of cheap inexpensive construction materials. Seemed that about once a week I recieved a note on the door about a new rule or fine for something that wasn't in the lease. None of these notes were directed to any particular person or apartment, just a printed flyer given to everybody. Management seemed to always try to catch you doing something they could fine you for. Gated community is no good when anyone can get in with a call to management. Just not a good place to live
