I have overall not been impressed or happy with the service i have recieved with brannigan village. The buildings (apartments) are fine but the service is awful. from the beginning we did not get a definate on a price and did not communicate with the other staff members on a price that was finally given to us. Upon my 30 day notice i recieved rude and unhelpful service. I felt that if they couldnt get any money out of you then they wanted nothing to do with you. I had extremely awful service when trying to move out. Brannigan has not been prompt("lost" papers) to return information that the other apartment has requested 3 times.It has taken Brannigan 1 week to get the right information to the requesting apt. complex. I have had several friends who lived there and has had similar problems.
