Great Place to live

The management is friendly and get things done in a timely manner. Worst part about the complex is that the walls are somewhat thin. But the neighbors are generally quiet, at least in my building.

After reading some other reviews from residents, I have to say, that I've never received any notes from management stating "new" rules, or threats of fines. If management hears of or sees things like pizza boxes that look that they were strewn from the balcony they'll send out a letter stating how it's disrespectful to other tenants (it is) and that's it. Nothing threatening. I guess this isn't the place for you if you're a jerk.

And as far as "poop patrol" GOOD! I'd like to be able to walk in the grass on occasion without worrying whether I'm going to step in some dogs leavings. It's the pet owner's responsibility to pick up after their dogs as stated in the lease, and not managements responsibility to supply bags and anything more than the one trash compactor that we already have.

maybe they should try to catch the idiots who let their dogs go fifty feet from the dumpster without picking it up. I walk from the 1200 building (all the way in the back, half the distance of the complex) at least 3 times a day to dispose of my dog's waste, but someone who cant pickup after their dog who lives next to the dumpster makes me not want to bother. I got a letter on my door saying someone (no accuser named) complained about my dog's waste, when i have faithfully disposed of the waste like everyone should since the dog came home with me. They need to keep a better watch for themselves instead of taking anyone's word that feels like accusing random people. Does that mean i should just pick people in my building and accuse them of doing things that I have no idea or proof that they have done? So management can just charge whoever, based on a speculation by a person with a whim? i may have jumped subjects, but i dont expect a response, the fact is i am going to move out and just feel like pointing out problems that will never be resolved.
