At first it was ok. Customer service was nice. After living there a couple of months, my experience was not so great. First off, I had a cat that I had for five years. She was there when i left to go to work, but when I got home she was nowhere to be found. I thought that management came in there for some reason and she got out. When I asked them about it they said no one had been in there. I was on the third floor. How could she have gotten out without someone letting her out' It is still a mystery. I lived there a total of six months and moved out. It didn't feel like "home" and none of the neighbors seemed friendly. During that whole moving out process, I received alot of wrong information from management. They have no clue what they are doing and they lie. There was some prorated days that when I asked them if I had to pay it they said no. One month later, they tell me I do need to pay it. They're just lousy. I didn't feel very safe either.

I lived there as well! I totally agree management has absolutley no clue what they are doing!
