I have live here for over a year and I think it is a nice place to live. The only problems that I have encounter is a leaky roof (I stay on the 3rd floor), noice complaints and some problems with the staff. I have a 5 year old son and he likes to play and I have these neighbors under me who are the most complaining asses, they are always notifying the office saying that they here noises like bumping. The staff dont even keep up with your balance. We suppose to get $25 off every 6 months when you pay with the debit card but the fools gave us $50 and the manager cant do simple addition and mess up the bill and expect for you to pay the balance when the error is caught 6 months later and oh yeah I dont really feel safe because the gate is always broken and they always putting the same damn board up to get knocked down again.
