Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
i live in building 430 and i have never heard any loud noises, except for the steps beside the bedroom (when people walk up and down--but you get used to it). There is tons of parking unless you want valet--i have never had to park very far from the apartment at all. i just renewed my lease for another 13 months. great complex...no complaints.
