From the outside they look nice. From the inside the quality isn't that great: our deadbolt won't lock properly when the weather is warm, the door handle must be lifted up which in turn raises the door to let the lock go into the wall; the kitchen counter is separating from the wall with drywall coming off; if the neighbor makes noise, it's like they are living with you (don't bother complaining to mgmt - they basically say deal w/ it and YOU have to come up w/ the solution); my car has been touched by someone other than me or my roommate at least twice while sitting in the parking lot. Water bill was suddenly introduced w/ people rcving late notices when they never got a bill. They will only accept 1 check, and both wather and rent must be included or it will not be accepted. I have almost been run over in the parking lot from the people driving so fast. Dog poop everywhere. Construction begins at around 730 am. Also, on apt finding sites it states that this complex has a playground, gazebo w/ picnic area and a walking trail. There is NO gazeba. There is a grassy area so maybe that is the picnic area' There is no playground. Maybe the parking lot is the play area' There is no walking trail. Maybe the sidewalks are the walking trail' Thre were even times when I was not given notice about maintenance, but happened to be home when the person entered. All in all, I say look somewhere else, unless you like to deal w/ annoying people, anarchy and neighbors who are so loud it is like they are in your apt with you.
