we like living in new apartments! all the appliances are new and functioning. There are a few construction issues, not the best drywall job.. but ive yet to see a modern build job that didnt have some minor poor construction. The front office is great, and a good maintenance staff, all problems handled quickly! I have never heard a peep from a neighbor either...
