I totally agree with all of the noise, parking, poor construction problems. I also notice a pattern: whenever there are a few bad comments, someone magically appears to give Bromley Park a perfect score. Also notice how similar they are. Get a life goes out to either the mgmt or builder. Walls are horrible with sound, though I never had a problem with an overpriced electric bill. Would not recommend.
