Not that bad, lots of positives

We stayed there for 18 months. We would come back. We really had an enjoyable experience. First of all, management and the office staff was VERY friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate and make things pleasant. Maintenance concerns were always taken care of, but there were never many. We had a pet and they were pet friendly, even giving our pet a treat. The noise level was not bad compared to other places. You had your occasional disruption, but it was NOT normal. Parking is not bad, but could be improved by assigning. The new apartments make apartment living nice. The area is well maintained and very convenient to major areas.
