Where to start' The dumpsters are so extremely poor placed, most residents have to walk forever to throw away trash. They REFUSE...I tried, to offer recycling. The residents tend to be loud and complainers. My neighbor complained as I watched a movie with my 60 year old parents at 2:00pm on a sunday because she worked 3rd shift. Bromley supported the complainers! They seem to like pets, which is why I rented here, however they do not enforce cleaning up after a dog. If you like the smell of dog crap on a July afternoon rent here. After 6 months I complained about MOLD around the leaky windows. The reply was "You're in the oldest section, we can't do anything about it." Maybe you like living with mold but I hate it! If I could include pic's I would. The "porch lights" stay on all night, so when you come home at 2:00am you can expect atleast 20 bugs following you in having been at you door light all night. The only plus about these apartments is their location and cost, but you get what you pay for and you live with the lowest. BTW when I complained about the dog crap, the response was who and what apartment. LIKE I KNOW WHERE THEY LIVE, I JUST SAW THEIR DOG CRAP UNDER MY WINDOW AND THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT UP! Am I supposed to ask for ID' Horrible place to live, I look forward to buying a house.

Nice place. There are a lot of police officers in the complex which is a plus. I feel a lot better with them around. Very clean, maintance is always kept in check outdoors. No loud neighbors. Never had a problem since being here. Great location.

I loved living here. Everyone was so friendly. Apartment was nice. Great location.

Lived there in 2005, had nothing but positive experiences. Apartment was like new when moved in and as "silver23" stated seeing several police officers as residents helped influence decision to move in...never any problems wiht noisy neighbors, crime, etc... Actually puzzled by bad reviews like this one and others!!!??! Some people you just cant' please!!

I have heard very bad things about the manager and the staff as well. The friends that I have that live there plan on moving. It might be time for the management company to consider getting some truly qualified people.

The management sucks. They could care less about you or your safety. When I first saw that there were a lot of police officers here, I thought I felt safe. No way. The cop that lives next door to me doesn't do anything about the young thugs that like to congregate around the foot of the steps and harass young women. He doesn't do anything about the loud rap music that plays all night long.
