I have only lived here a few months and already I regret signing that lease.

I was told this community was "definitely a safe place" That makes me laugh.
1) I experienced theft of my property within 2 weeks of living there
2) People drive the wrong way on the traffic circle and zip past you. the "two lane" in the parking lots don't exist so people drive in the middle of the street
3) I then experienced vandalism of my car. i don't drive a luxury vehicle or anything...what do i find but a candy bar SMEARED all oer my car on a HOT DAY.

Quality of the apartment'
very cheap. the doors don't really close properly. mold grows on the faucet every few days which is disgusting. the front door isn't sealed properly so there's this hole that nice big bugs can enter freely. the carpet is disgusting. walls are thin so you can hear conversation and TV quite clearly at 3am (i'm really not exaggerating). The stairs leading up to the other floors are horribly built so every time people go up the stairs, it feels like elephants have invaded your apartment.

Management:
oh yeah, they SEEM nice don't they' but how INVOLVED are they' not much. EVERYTHING has to be written out on paper or they won't do anything. i had all these complaints and all you get is, "oh that has NEVER happened here before. I didn't know" thanks for revealing your ignorance!!

this is a complete bulls**t community. it looks nice on the outside, but i really can't believe it's ONLY three years old.

honestly, i should have paid the extra $50/mth to live in glen eagles. THEY are wonderful. i hate bromley park!
