I just moved in in August and I have only been in Winston Salem for about a year and a half, But I have lived in four other apartment complexes and I absolutly love it here. The office staff are so sweet, and caring, they understand when you have a problem and makje sure that it gets fixed. I heard a noise, at 2:30 am one morning, and I called one of the staff and they where here in about 10 minutes, which was wounderful seeing as how it was a smoke detecter and you have to unplug it to make it stop I would have never known that. I love my apartment, I have not had any problems except for the girls that live right accross from me but I call the officer one night and every since then I have not had any problems at all. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I have not had any bug problems at all, no mold problems, If you do have mold problems it is because you don't clean it the right way, it is just common since mold can go anywhere water is and that is because something is not clean. I also think for what we pay in winston salem we have it made. I don't ever feel scared for any reason and that is something that is very hard to say here.
