After living at Bromley Park over a year and a half, I am moving out because I just got married and my husband already owns a house. I really loved my apartment. Even when cranking up the heat so it was always toasty, I never had a power bill over $55 a month. During the summer it stays cool and I even had a summer power bill of $22 once! The staff is nice and friendly, and the apartments are really nice, new, and clean. The only bad thing is the noise of neighbors, but I have a friend paying $900 a month where they live and the noise is MUCH worse. I think it is anywhere you go. The noise level was not bad and Bromley Park is very good to deal with neighbors with loud barking dogs or those that want to have a party at 2 in the morning. I never had any problems or mold, etc. I didn't think the trash was so far away that it was unbearable (like others wrote in). It takes 30 seconds to get to the dumpster. I feel that others are unjustly complaining. I highly recommend the apartments and hate to leave! They are a good price for this area and I you may not realize how good you had it until you try to look elsewhere!
