Was good place at great price!!...good location close to forsyth-tech and baptist hosp. where work. Never had any neighbor or mgmnt. issues and apt. was virtually new when moved in...lived from 04-05. Only draw back i noticed was that if had windows open at night 18 wheelers that sounded like had no mufflers would be noisy...but only had to deal with month(spring)/month(fall) when weather allowed. Elect. costs were fantastic!!...2nd floor apartment..pretty much stayed close to 77 degrees year round..hardly no heat or AC ran...bill never over 40$..sometimes tad over $25 but had to washer/dryer to drive up bill. Would'nt hesitate to recommend.
