OK...I have lived here almost three years...so I have lots of experience with this place. I have lived in a 1 bedroom and a two bedroom. First thing that was bad...ROACHES. (They were in both apartments, before I moved in to each one) I will have to give them credit in that Orkin got rid of them. I'm roach free now. Second problem...The F'n leaf blowers. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at about 8:30 am. Never fails. I called to complain because "community quiet time" is from 10a-10p. So why the hell am I awakened by leaf blowers 3 days a week!'After I complained, they seemed to be starting around 9am. Another thing I wish I would have considered is that there are NO BALCONIES and no common areas on the grounds. Also, when I went to renew my lease for 6 months they told me they were booked for moveouts that month and strong armed me into signing an 8 month lease. Their response, "sorry, there is really nothing we can do." To their credit, maintance requests are answered, the grounds are clean, and the apartments are nice and new. I'm sick of renting and planning on buying a house when my lease is up.
