It has been one problem after another with Bromley Park Management. There was a mold problem in a lower-level apartment which was never resolved and as a result, furniture and carpet was damaged. When the lease was up, Management did a walk-through and tacked on hundreds of dollars to replace the carpet even though the professional carpet cleaning company they contract with stated the carpet did not need to be replaced. Not only that but they totally disregarded the damage done to the furniture as a result of the mold. Management made an unnecessary and unprofessional comment that the "furniture looked old anyway". This made me very angry and I asked to speak with the owner, who btw is never available. After going back and forth over this issue, Management said the owner of Bromley Park agreed to take off some of the charges, which was the very least they could do considering the years of rent they've received! I wouldn't recommend Bromley Park to anyone.
