I have lived at Brookberry a just over one year. I chose Brookberry because a friend og mine loved living there. I was hesitant at first simply because of the price.
I soon found out how worth it is.
Maintanence is wonderful. The grounds crew keeps everyhting looking beutiful.
Our snowy winter did not keep our parking lot from being plowed and walkways kept safe.
The pool is always clean
Noise is a give and take situation in any apartment. I am on the first floor. I have noise trouble at times...not enough to complain, this happens when someone lives above you:-)

The staff is fabulous and a joy to work with!
