I have lived in Brookberry Park for 3 years and am happy to be moving out. I moved in here as a single woman and was thrilled at the idea of having a 24 hour securty guard. It turned out that the security guard is a cop and is not here much at all due to his schedule (don't get me wrong, he's a great guy and does what he can). One time, a neighbor's motorcycle got stolen, right in front of the cop's car! A few weeks later, a car got broken into! Just recently, a neighbor's motorcycle got stolen off of his porch, and it was locked up on his porch! All of these occurances have happened around the supposed security guard's home! The apartment complex knows of these occuraces, but have taken NO ACTION! They also seem to be very nice at first, but then you see the true colors. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY (and can be rude at times)! These apartments are WAY over-priced!!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! There are not enough ammenities for the price! Parking is a problem, especially if you are around the pool area. The noise is not too bad, could be better for the price. The construction could be better also. Several apartments have shifted, which caused cracks in the walls and floor. It's just not worth the money...
