Worst customer service!!!! Bad in taking care of any issues

We had very bad expirence, Don't take care of any issues, Call them , go and tell them personally doesn't matter. They don't listen. Manager tells me , Oh, you pay less rent(due to our specials) that's why you don't get service.

Take them to court. I'm sure your lease details all of the maintenance that is to be performed for every resident no matter what the circumstances are.
