I am new to the area and checked out probably the majority of the apt's that had favorable and positive rankings and found that the majority of their sales staff were really cocky. Being a salesman myself, I realize that they (the salesman) are usually the first impression of what a complex will offer. Here at Brookberry as soon as I walked in the staff was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable of the surroundings, (i.e. directions to places, good restaurants, fun activities, and nice shopping plaza's). Next their maintence is always punctual and helpful. Not only did they fix what was not working but they gave me an overview of how to maintain my apartment (i.e. what temp to leave the water heater at- since I'm formerly from Florida I never had to deal with freezing temperatures). Parking is not a problem, I usually come back to the apartment late at night and can always find a spot that is near to where I live. The only noise I ever hear and its not a whole lot of noise for that matter, is people walking above me, since I am in a 2nd floor apartment. And mind you, in the majority of houses today you will hear people on the floor above you walking around, so for people to complain about the noise from above is rediculous. The location allows convient access to major highways yet is off the main road so it offers some seclusion and privacy. I would estimate to Interstate 40 is about 10 minutes depending on traffic. The property is kept clean and the landscaping looks very nice. Driving in the entrance reminds me of when I used to live in a nice Golf Country Club, they have trees that seperate the lanes. Its lit up well and has a very homey presence. I am recommending Brookberry Park to many of my friends.
