The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the apartments are the nicest we saw in the city. However, the maintenance people (who do respond promptly) don't actually fix the problem you call about. And the office people, while very polite, don't deal with problems very well. And rent keeps going up.

The walls are paper thin, you hear your neighbors on all sides, so be sure you request a quiet place (perhaps away from all the children in the complex). The property is isolated from other neighborhoods and shopping...you have to get in the car to go anywhere.

Amenities
The fitness center and business center aren't that great -- limited equipment. The office lets you borrow movies for free. The pool and car wash are quite nice. You can't use the clubhouse for parties, etc: it's just a sales center.
