When I moved in, I was told that they respond promptly to any issue that arises, especially if there are noise problems. I was very happy for the first year because I was lucky to have very good neighbors. Later, that was not the case. When I complained about noise, I was told that they have a new policy and no longer deal with noise issues, and I was advised to call the police. I have also noticed that services like sweeping and keeping landings and walkways free of trash have eroded. Neighbors keep trash, empty boxes, and even garbage on the landings for days, sometimes weeks. The exercise equipment is inadequate and poorly maintained. Not worth the price.
