I have lived here for a little over a year and love my apartment, it's a little expensive, but it's new and really nice- so I guess you pay for what you get. It's really worth it. My apartment is huge, everything that comes with it is really nice. The one thing I really like is the personal attention. On more than one occasion, the staff has really gone overboard for me. On my birthday they put a card and balloons on my door. They have great parties each month. One night I had had a REALLY long day at work and had stopped at the grocery store and on my way up the stairs to my apartment, my grocery bags broke. The manager was walking around the complex checking all the lights (the staff here seems to work around the clock) and she ran into the complex clubhouse and got new bags for me and helped me carry my groceries into my apartment. The next day I had an e-card from her to have a good day and it was a cartoon of a raccoon dropping groceries on the ground! It was really funny and I had to show it to everyone at work. I looked at a lot of apartments before I moved here and really could've lived anywhere for a little cheaper..but you know, it really is worth it for just a little bit more to live in a nice, safe apartment and get treated really great. The staff is friendly, not snobby like some other expensive apartments and they pretty much do anything for you. I am probably going to buy a house soon...but I really wanted someone to know how happy I am and that if you are looking for an apartment, you should really think about living here. My neighbors are really cool and friendly, that's the one thing I will miss the most when I buy a house.
