I have lived here for over a year and am less satisfied every month. The managers/staff change often so there is no consistency in the office. They have yet to return a phone call, the maintenance men take up to a month to respond to some requests (at this point I have given up on them), and I keep receiving notices for different unpaid amounts that turn out to be nonexistent charges. The apartments weren't built/insulated correctly and you must clean your windows/windowsills daily in the winter to keep up with the mold growth. Parking is terrible! If I get in past 10 or 11 pm, I have to park on the opposite side of the community. Now, they have even added a trash collection fee! Although the staff when I originally moved in was very helpful and friendly (with resident appreciation parties, etc.), I no longer feel that the focus is on the residents. They don't seem to focus any efforts or make any concessions to maintain current residents. While overall the apartments are nicely sized and it is generally quiet, I do not believe the headaches are worth the move.
