I just came across this site and wanted to put my two cents in. I have lived at Carlyle Place since they opened in 2005. I am so happy with the maintenance because every time I have an issue they fix it the same day, if not right away. These apartments are fairly new and they keep them in good condition. The property is small but that's what I love about it. It's very quiet and not much traffic. The on site people are very friendly too! Everytime I go in to pay my rent, they ask how I am doing and if there's anything they can do for me. Overall I love my home at Carlyle and continue to stay here as long as I can.
