i have lived here 2 years and i am getting out! I have to give 60 notice even if lease is over!!!!! if i don't they charge 2 months rent so if i'm payin' the rent i have to stay. August is my last month and i'm counting the days!!!!!! And there is a problem with theives. SEVERAL cars have been broken into over the 2002 summer, tags off cars get stolen, apartments broken into. And the management changes about every 2 months.

I have lived at Colonial for 3 years and I can't wait until my lease is up. Now the apartment itself I think is spacious but the surrounding complex is not at all safe. My car has got broken into, the apartment next to mine has got broken into, and you know I strongly believe someone tried to break in mine but thank God that I had a stick in my door. I do not suggest that you live here at all. Since I have been there I know of at least 10 break ins. Don't let the somewhat appealing complex confuse you. Because its not at all what it seems.
