Issues
1.Appliances are very old,
2.Drainage issues.
3.Park is not safe or hygienic for playing.
4.Lot many break-ins.
5.Force you to take cable or face the wrath.
and many more to follow which cannot be accomodated with the constraint of 5000 charachters,
And above all to add to the problems the people at office are quite miserable.
Don't go according to the positive reviews, please please just talk to residents (if you know any(some of unfortunates)).
I have recently shifted out from this complex and really saved lot on power bills and feels lot safer now(with new apartments)
