Parking is ample however the painted lines are too close together resulting in somewhat haphazzard parking or unnecessary crowding. If youre not compulsive and don't care, park overtop a line and you can always find lots of space.
The apartments are for the most part very quiet. "Folks is folks" and it is possible to have noisy or difficult neighbors in the best of neighborhoods -- just ask the senior US senator from Massachusetts' neighbors.
Landscaping and grounds are well maintained. However, there is a dorky landscaping company that comes in the spring and fall and trims off the camelia flower buds in the fall and the rhododendron flower buds in the spring, before the blossoms open. To be fair, after a complaint last year they left the rhodos alone this year. Over-ambitious pruning a year ago nearly killed a large number of bushes.
Safety and construction are not an issue. Very well done. There have been warnings issued about security but few actual problems. Maintenance staff are prompt and friendly.
Office staff have changed since 1999 and 2003. To me they have been, for the most part, very courteous.
