We moved to W-S from South Florida, where rent is impossibly high, so we love it here! We've got a 2/2 w/ fireplace and full patio, 1275 sq. ft. for what would've gotten us an efficiency in Broward County. The staff has been very helpful and conscientious, it's a great place to find playmates if you have children, and they rent to people with all sizes of dogs. Ours is a small one (16 lbs.), but I see much, much larger dogs.

My neighbors are very nice and we look after each other. Many of the folks work at one of the neighboring universities or medical centers, like I do, so most of us keep the same hours. It's very quiet and parking is never a problem.
