I have been living in Crowne Oaks for 5 months now and have been extremely disappointed! When i moved in, my appartment was dirty, with sheetrock peeling off part of the wall! The pipes knock the wall when you run water in the restroom. I have had a sewage smell coming from my appartment for 4 months now! I have expressed a very very high level of concern about this issue with a 4 month dely on a serious responce! i paid $4810 up front for a 7 month lease and if i could get out of this i would be gone tomorrow! They have recently assigned parking permits to park here, because of all the Wake Forest kids that have parties every night of the week! All the apartment complex has to do is contact the school and tell them about the problem and these kids will be face with losing off campus housing! Instead of make the whole complex sufer! DO NOT RENT HERE
