I've lived in this complex for nearly two years. It can be summed up in one word: professional. The staff is friendly, great to work with, and takes their jobs seriously. I have seen almost no turnover in staff, so it's not a different person each week. The maintenance is pretty prompt in fixing anything. It's a little difficult to run or walk anywhere outside of the complex (on a busy road) but the complex itself seems safe and clean.

The primary complaint is that the windows are cheap and single-paned. So the insulation is AWFUL!!! Be prepared for a hefty electric bill. No joke!

The second issue is that they lowered the tenant age from 21 to 20, so you have a LOT more college students, which means more noise, more trash, and more hassle. But, "personally", they have not significantly bothered me . . . others would say differently. But I think the local patrol officer took care of "most" of those issues.

Anyway, I would recommend the place...especially compared to most of the winston complexes. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff makes up for any other deficiencies.
