Big apartments, bad service

The apartments are pretty big inside, but they are not worth what Deerwood charges. And when I had a problem with the manager Kay, no one at UDRT (the owners) was willing to help me. I spoke to Kay's boss Alix and she just refered me back to Kay. They really need to put some money into fixing up the property becaues it is like 35 years old and stuff is falling apart. Like I said, if you can get a good price, it's a nice place to live, except for the murder in the summer of 2004.
