I have lived at this apartment complex in 2006 when i was getting my 1st degree. The staff in the office were rude! They never seem to want to fix anything! Overall, I didnt think it was a safe place to stay. I am reconsidering moving back there because things are CHANGING!!! They finally got rid of KAY (the manager)! I can say things are changing for the better now. The apartments are affordable and the size is great! Its just some tenants need to go and it is time for a change. Rent has increase! But for the better! The maintainace staff works and will try to get things fixed. The manager seems eager now to better the community. They have placed a fence in the back which was greatly needed. Security cameras are going up! They wanted a gated enterance but there is not enough space to put a gate up bc the enterance is too close to the main street. Kitchens and bathrooms are being updated! About time! New paint selections on the walls are being added which is great if you have ever seen the model that has all the updates! Ohhh! And the name will be changing soon! Hopefully this community will become a suprise to people that come back and see the new changes. I know I was and I hope the change comes soon!
