Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
When I moved in the rent was $450, by the time I left 2 years later it was $540. And what did I get for that rate increase' Declining living conditions, poor maintanence, noisy/rude neighbors, lack of attention from management, and a new water bill.
When I moved in water was included. A year later we were paying for water and getting threatening letters from the managment when bill was a day late.
The places are small, and the walls are thin.
The rent WAS cheap when I moved in, but there was a rent increase EVERY time I signed a new lease (every 6 months) without warning.
I DO NOT reccomend this place at all.
