Just wanted to say that you must do research before moving into these apts. It simpler terms, you get what you pay for. Nice community for those who don't mind noise, spanish-speaking neighbors and some crime. Mind you, its located across the street from a high-school so beware of the young -n-restless. These apts. aren't as modern in the inside as they are on the outside these days. I was there for 3 yrs. and they had just replaced my patio door with a sliding door! after 3 whole years!!! office staff is pleasant but maintanence staff needs a hand! and parking is unsafe. Its too tight and cars can easily be hit. Take a look for yourself and do the homework.
