Wont get your security deposit back quick

Well yes I am finally out of there. In a beautiful apartment building now which I love and my neighbors are great.
My deposit BY LAW is supposed to be returned within 30 days from the date you recive you FAS statement. I have been on the phone back and forth with the Greensboro home office who has been excellent helping me.
Well long story short the property manager MARIA has been lying to my husband and I and the home office. She has told us and them numerous times she has faxed over the information needed to return of security deposit. The home office even agrees she is not being honest. And has made every effort possible to delay the return of our secuirty deposit.
Just beware of this property.
