Okay, not the greatest...

I currently live at the Garden Park Hanes Mall location. These apartments are okay, not the greatest. The living conditions are okay, but the elevator is ALWAYS broken!!!!! Every week, this is not an exaggeration, it is broken. The last time it was broken, which was this week mind you, the maintenance guy told me that they had "started a new excercise regiment"...what!' God forbid you have to go out and buy your monthly groceries, and the elevator be broken. Such a PAIN!!!!! Overall this is an okay complex, but I personally think they could do better. This is definitely not the place to live if you are interested in being around younger (college) kids. The complex consists of about 85% older people, and 15% college kids. Don't think the rent is worth it. Like I said, okay, but not the greatest.
