My husband and I have lived here less than a year and it is the worst place ever to live. If you are considering living here please turn away. When we were thinking about moving here I came to this website and thought a lot of the negative comments were just made up stories that tenants made to get some sort of revenge. Looking back I feel like a fool for not listening. The fitness room equipment is broken and the car care area is worthless. the vaccuum cleaner doesn't work and there's hardly enough room for a large vehicle to fit in the wash area. the electric bill is crazy. you can hear through the walls and the ceilings of your neighbors. the walls are paper thin. every noise...whether they're walking around, talking, listening to music or television, even naughty noises. You can hear it all whether you want to or not. There is a skunky smell coming from my furnace that smells up the whole house. The smell is the strongest when I dry my laundry or turn on the heat or air. Now our master bathroom's ceiling is leaking. The staff is not friendly. There's dog crap everywhere. People don't clean up after their dogs. I think there is mouse poop on the top of my cabinets. I can't wait to move. You would think that this place would be nice because you pay so much but this place is a slum, seriously. My advice about renting is make sure the amenities work, and drive around at night to checkout the noise, parking, dumpsters. people. Ask the people if they enjoy living here.. When you are in the office filling out the application, Ask about what happens if you need to break the lease. There is a huge penalty and you have to pay back rent. ( they told us the day we signed the lease, so there was really no place to go except here) Ask about what the pet deposit covers $300. ( I am scared about that one because our cat messed up the blinds) When they give you the paper that asks what needs to be fixed when you walk the apartment, Write down every detail that's not right. ( they tell you, don't be too specific, but you better! list every crack or nail hole or scratch.) The had to remove the ceiling fan in the bedroom and couldn't replace because the ceiling would not support the weight a fan. This place is NOT worth the rent. Please If I could change one person's mind from living here, I would feel like I would do a good service. Please don't come here!

I have lived here for nearly a year and although I do agree with the amenieties, a lot of the equipment is broken in the gym their is still plenty that still works. The vacuum at the car care is not worth much either, however.... As for noise? that is so not true. I walk my dog at night and hear nothing.
Their are designated places for walking your animals, basically in my backyard and no not all the people pick up after people. I think you should really consider a duplex if you insist living in a complex.
