They bounced my security deposit refund

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
When we moved in 2 and a half years ago it was great but the managment changed and everything went down hill. The manager would scream at kids for playing outside, problems took forever to be fixed, and the atmosphere depleated to feeling like you were seeing the beginings of another no class neighborhood. We moved and we were sent a refund for our deposit that bounced. I wouldn't live there again if they payed me. I wouldn't even recomend them to my ex-husband.
