Been here since about early-March - approx. 7 or so months - and "Great Place to Live!" review couldn't have stated it better!!

I first thought it'd be annoying and frustrating to live around such a busy part of Winston (down the street from Hanes Mall on one end....and WalMart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, Lowes, etc. & a GANG of restaurants on the other side).....but the complex doesn't sit right on Hanes Mall Blvd. - just off of it...and so, once you're actually in the complex, you can't even tell you're so close to so much business. But at the same time, once you've left the complex and are out on Hanes Mall Blvd., you have virtually every store, service, restaurant and so forth right at your immediate convenience! In other words, the location and positioning of the complex is literally JUUUST RIIGHT! Safe and clean neighborhood...pretty friendly neighbors....dogs galore! (no strays - just, many people with pets!) But not to the point of annoyance.

Maybe only two potential drawbacks are: #1, Depending on the kinds of neighbors you have, how often they're at home, and what floor you live on, you might hear a little more knocking, bumping and/or dropping than you might prefer from surrounding neighbors...but as stated in another review I'd seen on here, that's pretty much to be expected in living in such close-quarter apartment buildings. Not a big problem for me. #2, There are only two ways to get to the workout room: through the swimming pool and through the rental office, and since the swimming pool is closed and the gate locked during the non-summer seasons, you only have the rental office...which obviously is only open during certain traditional hours...which, in turn, means the workout room hours are strictly limited to the rental office's normal hours of operation.

Besides those two relatively small things (depending on whether or not you need absolute silence always and/or you're a gym nut who needs constant - or at least frequent - access to the fitness room), pretty great place!
