Well, I've been here a little over a month so far and here's what I can say so far. The office staff is friendly enough. They are almost always friendly and pleasant to deal with.
As far as maintenance, well, can't say anything positive about them at all so far. Mostly staffed by what appear to be kids. Basically they like to sit in golf carts by their 4x4 truck down next to the dumpster all day. They have been incredibly slow responding to my maintenance requests so far. At least three calls so far about the heat and all I have so far is a couple of smart-aleck remarks written on work-orders left on my counter. And the heat still doesn't work properly.
The apartment itself is very spacious for a one bedroom...just can't get it warm to save my life. Fires, heat pump running full blast, space heaters...and the only way I can comfortably sleep in the place is in a 20 degree sleeping bag with the space heater pointed at the bed.
Not a bad neighborhood, but do expect the occasionally breakin/mugging. At least one car has been broken into in the parking lot here during this first month. At least one mugging has occurred in the parking lot of the doctors office that backs directly up to my building.
