They don't honor their own promises & vehicles prone to break-ins.

The apt manager and the associates are very good at promising and shutting your mouth. They never fulfill the promises. If they promised you to provide you with an apartment on a certain date (new move-in), please call a day before and remind them that they have to give you the apartment. Not doing so, you will be homeless.
Parking is not secure at all.
Please note the following if you intend to live in the top floor:
1. When it rains, make sure you are at home to protect your carpet from the rain water that drips from the roof. They will never get it fixed.
2. The higher the floor, the lower the water pressure. Water pressure really sucks.
