Your cars get damaged and loud noises at night

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived there for three years and my car was damaged not by kids but by adults who parked too close to my car. There was also the neighbor who had loud parties until three in the morning. I dont know how anyone got next day service when every other month there was a new service guy. The outside was nice except on weekends when the service guy was off and the litter over run the property. Then there was the problem with the garbadge over flowing on Sundays.
