I have lived in this complex over a year. The apts are a good value..got a great special when we moved in and they didn't raise our rent when we renewed. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are almost always completed within the day.

Please note that I posted this before the management changed. I moved from the complex 3/05- breakin my lease to do so. In fact I did not have to buy out of my lease because I wrote so many letters to the management company B&M complaining. Also a friend of mine got "asked to leave" because he threatened the currnet manager. So there are 2 ways to get out of your lease if you are so inclined.
