I just have to say that Quail Lakes is Bad. I have read all the reviews that have been written about this place and they are totally true. First off, learn to spell if you are going to belittle a community like this. You will hate it here. The management is bad, the maintenance is terrible. My wife and I recently moved in and we were shown a old dumpy apartment, very dirty and smelled bad. The parking lot was very dirty and the clubhouse in horrible condition. The first place we visited was the pool area and it was green. People should judge others Susan and Gary are bad and people don't like them. People really shouldn't have to live there. Any smart person reading all these entries should be able to tell that the same person is typing these everyday because the same words are spelled wrong and they are completely right. I strongly suggest you don't visit Quail Lakes here in Winston, believe everything you read, they may have been handcuffed or paid to stay.
