Breaking new Car stolen in parking lot 6-25-05

I walked out side to a sea of glass, only to find out not more then a few doors down from the on site cop a car was broken into and stolen. The owner of the car called the sheriff's dept instead of using the cop. Is this normal' A wonderful place ' you be the judge.. Mangement doesnt even live on site' why not if its so great. Mangement did even come outside to see what was going on in their property. Is this the type of mangement you want'
