I see trees of dirty brown, black roses too
I see them die for me and you
And I think to myself, why do i live at Quail lakes'
I see skies of dark and clouds of meth
The long smelly day, the dark scary night
And I think to myself, Why do I live at Quail lakes'
The colours of the mold, so ugly on the wall.
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "Your still here too"
They're really saying "My lease isnt up"
I hear babies cryin', Parents too..
They'll hate it much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, Why do I live at Quail lakes'
