hey I lived at Quail for 6 months and write to alert all. This place is bad. Office ( i don't even know what to say). The other emails are right. Second I got had animal and got hell for it by mangment even though they let me in and signed the lease with my animal looking at them. The cops on the complex are crappy and there is still crime and people are affraid to walk at night. Well Third its a ripp off for the apartment thats very out dated and no tin good shape. Power / cable always goes out with storms. Well i free from my lease and will prob have to pay 10 times a much since I heard magament is mean with the lease after your gone and they lie and make up prices. will I just wanted to let you all it worth the price some ( people may like) alot wont.
