I was one of those who felt they were throwing away money into renting an apt. Don't get me wrong, I love my house, but miss all the benefits of an apartment. My apartment was HUGE, HUGE closets, HUGE cabinets, HUGE rooms, everything. Anything I needed was taken care of on the spot if not the next day. Home ownership is great, but VERY expensive. Had I thought better, I would have stayed at Savannah Place at least 6 months longer. I miss the pool and the regular parties. Oh well.

This has to be management. Having maintenance out once a week to do absolutely nothing except either blame me for the problem or half ass fix it. Having nasty carpet in the place when we moved in and getting no reponse in taking care of it. Management people are useless. May as well not even waste your time complaining to them . Very standoffish.
